Shawn Ransom announced on Facebook he would not be returning to lead the Greyhounds basketball team next season. He has been the head coach at Paris the last three seasons.

Paris was 9-19 this year. They had two starters transfer to Bourbon County mid-year.

He posted this on his Facebook account, and later commented that he was asked to step down.
