10th Region provides coverage of high-school and college athletic programs throughout Kentucky. This page outlines our editorial standards, media usage policies, and copyright procedures.

1. Editorial Standards

Accuracy & Corrections

We strive to ensure that all published information is accurate at the time of publication. If an error is identified, we will correct it promptly.

To request a correction, please contact:
support@10thregion.com

Fairness & Independence

Coverage decisions are made independently. While we may work with sponsors or advertisers, editorial content is not influenced by those relationships.

Coverage of Student-Athletes

Because we report on high-school athletics, many individuals featured on this site are minors. We limit coverage to publicly available athletic participation and performance information and do not publish sensitive personal data.

User Conduct

If comments or submissions are enabled, users may not post defamatory, abusive, unlawful, or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these standards.

2. Photo & Media Usage

Ownership

All original photos, graphics, articles, and media created by 10th Region are protected by copyright unless otherwise noted.

You may:

  • Share links to our content

  • Share content through social media with proper attribution

You may not:

  • Download and republish photos without permission

  • Alter or remove watermarks

Event Photography

Photos taken at public athletic events are used for reporting and informational purposes. If you are a parent, guardian, or school representative with concerns about a published image, please contact us and we will review the request.
