Week 4 Review
Bracken County 49, Berea 0
Jackson Whitten, quarterback, threw for 98 yards on 4 completions for two touchdowns to Andrew Kirk. On the ground, sophomore Daulton Tarter had 5 rush attempts for 131 yards and three touchdowns. Greg Benedict also scored on a fumble recovery.
Lincoln County 62, Bourbon County 14
Malachi Rennie completed 16/31 passes for 192 yards, throwing for two touchdowns and one interception. The touchdown passes were caught by John Kincade, who had 80 yards, and Jacob Ezell, who had 65 yards.
Cooper 38, Campbell County 14
Nate Smith completed just half of his passes going 15/30. He had 199 yards with three interceptions and one touchdown to Xavier Francher. Carson Evers ran for 44 yards on 12 carries and Trevor Bertman ran for 36 yards on 8 carriers with a touchdown. The Camels drop to 1-3.

Scott 52, Holmes 8
Scott QB Jordan Goff was 4/7 with 125 yards and two touchdowns. Backup QB Trey Cook was also 4/7 with 96 yards and a touchdown. Nate Brooks, Dylan Giffen, and Cameron Vice all caught passes for touchdowns. Boomer Klusman, Jordan Goff, and Dustin Wilson all had rushing touchdowns. The Eagles win their first game and are now 1-3.
John Hardin 58, Harrison County 31
Thorbreds quarterback Kaydon Custard threw for 288 yards and three touchdowns on 15/37 throws. Jashon Lewis caught one and Tanner Tumey caught two touchdown passes. Lewis had 153 yards in the air and Tumey had 118. On the ground, Custard ran 15 times for 127 yards and another touchdown. The Thorobreds fall even at 2-2.
Boyd County 45, Mason County 21
This game was closer than the score indicated. Running out of time in the 4th quarter, the Royals tried to force the offense to make a comeback, leading to several turnovers. The Royals drop even at 2-2.
Paris 33, Montgomery County 6
Paris quarterback Julius Gregory completed 11/16 passes for 144 yards and two touchdowns to Brandon Santiago and Elijah Webb. Jayden Holman ran it 18 times for 135 yards and scored a touchdown. Donovan Griggs scored on a pick-six and Jakari Ransom scored on a punt return. Montgomery County quarterback Jacob Gumm was 7/17 for 93 yards. On the ground they only ran for 16 yards, which includes Gumm’s -24. The Greyhounds improve to 4-0. The Indians falls to 2-2.
Bishop Brossart 28, Nicholas County 22
Bishop Brossart’s QB Keegan Gulley threw for 52 yards and a touchdown and was 8/22. Cameron Mandel also got a throw in for a 27-yard touchdown. Mandel also ran for 68 yards on 15 carries. Landon Geyer had 3 carries for 41 yards and a touchdown. For Nicholas County, Colby Gray ran for 100 yards with two touchdowns on 13 carries. Alex Koeder also had 83 yards on 19 carries. QB Oscar Saucedo ran in a touchdown also. The Mustangs are now 2-2 while the Bluejackets drop to 1-3.
