Bourbon County at Scott
The undefeated Colonels (4-0) head to Taylor Mill to take on the 2-1 Eagles. It will be a battle of quarterbacks between Malachi Rennie and Trey Cook. Rennie is 41 of 75 on passes with 625 yards (156 per game). He’s also the team’s leading rusher with 41 carries for 289 yards (72 per game). Rennie has scored 13 total touchdowns. Scott’s Trey Cook is 54 of 75 on passes for 1,078 yards (359 per game) and 13 touchdowns. Watch on Hudl.

Nicholas County at Bishop Brossart
The Bluejackets are 4-0 but face their toughest opponent of the season in Bishop Brossart. The Bluejackets aren’t in the air much and stay pretty grounded. In three games, Wyatt Simons has 43 carries for 370 yards and six touchdowns. The Mustangs, who looked strong the first three games, fell apart last week against Bracken County. Quarterback Landon Spauling has thrown for 583 yards in four games, going 60 of 170 on passes for five touchdowns and five interceptions. Watch on NFHS.

Sayre at Bracken County
The Polar Bears host the defending 1A state champions in Brooksville. Bracken lost to Sayre 40-21 in 2023 and 26-14 last season. They are still without Daulton Tarter, and Greg Benedict is out for the season. Sayre defeated Bishop Brossart 8-5 earlier this season. Watch on NFHS.
