The Harrison County Thorobreds won their third straight 38th District Championship by defeating Pendleton County 61-47 in Nicholas County.
The Breds were led by Kaydon Custard who scored 12 points and 8 rebounds. Elijah Harris had 10 points and Mason Smiley had 9 points with 3 threes in the second quarter. Braxton Grubb scored 9 but grabbed 11 rebounds.
The Breds were big on the boards, out-rebounding the Wildcats 40-17.
Pendleton County was led by Alex Beyst with 21 points. Beyst had 11 in the third quarter. Hunter Keaton added 10.

The 10th Region Tournament draw will take place Saturday morning at 9:30.
