Bishop Brossart High School is proud to announce that we have reached the Public Fundraising Phase of the Baseball and Softball Complex addition at the MAC. Since October 2023, our fearless Capital Campaign Committee has been working diligently with community partners to help us reach our goal of four million dollars. Now that we have raised half of this amount, we are thrilled to welcome the public in helping us proceed with building our dream complex for our beloved BBHS Mustang Community.
With this addition, we will have a complete complex to host not only home games for each program, but regional tournament games as well. We will have a synthetic turf surface for our fields to be used year round, a green monster on each field, as well as dugouts, fencing, lighting, a concession area and pressbox. We also plan to add additional parking and infrastructure. These additions will provide greater safety for our students as they currently do not have a home field and have to drive up to eight miles for practices for games.
Not only will this addition to the Mustang Athletic Center benefit the Bishop Brossart community, it will highly serve our four feeder schools: St. Mary, St. Joseph, St. Philip, and Sts. Peter and Paul. In addition, we are NKU’s Track and Field home track and with our support, they were able to host their first ever collegiate meet at the MAC in April. We also plan to host family nights, athletic sports camps, and class reunions at this facility to increase family and community involvement. We live by our school motto, “Charity First,” and love to serve our community in a variety of ways.
It’s time to complete the MAC, “The Crown Jewel of Northern Kentucky!” We are eager to speak to you in person about this project, tour the Mustang Athletic Complex, see the construction- ready site that will house the baseball and softball complex, and provide materials, including a brochure which has our mission and vision for the overall project.
