The Kentucky Association of Basketball Coaches (KABC) has announced the Players and Coaches of the Year for all 16 regions. Head coaches who are members of the KABC vote for a winner and runner-up. If multiple are listed for a region, there is a tie, and both are awarded co-honors. This is a senior only award.
Players and coaches will be honored at the State Tournament. The players listed are candidates for Mr. and Miss Basketball.
