Augusta beat their rival Bracken County for the first time since 1982 and for the fourth time in school history (1950, 1981, 1982, 2025). Keeton Bach pitched a complete game shutout, giving up two hits and striking out 13.  Noah Bachman threw for Bracken County, giving up two hits, six walks, and striking out 13 as well.  The lone Augusta run came in the top of the first inning.  Noland Young’s groundout scored Grayson Miller from third, who walked to start the game.
