Mason County falls back down to #2 after their 19-point loss to Conner. Riley Mastin led with 21 points. Terrell Henry was held to 8. KG Walton and Terrell Henry has 25 each in their win over Walton-Verona.

Aydan Hamilton scored his 2,000th career point and put up 29 points in the overtime loss to CovCath. No surprise here, the Camels are getting into post-season form.

The Breds have won 9 straight and beat three 10th Region opponents last week with leading performances by Kaydon Custard, JD Kendall, and Mason Smiley.

Is Bracken County back? Maybe. JuShod Commodore is back from what was thought to be a season ending injury and playing limited minutes. They beat Augusta by 25 on the road and Brossart at home and played with Walton-Verona in a loss. They ended the week with a somewhat disappointing loss to Franklin County in overtime.
6. Paris

Paris earns the #6 sport and Shawn Ransom is making his case for Coach of the Year. The Greyhounds defeated district rival Montgomery County behind Jakari Ransom’s 26 points. The also beat rival Bourbon County the next night. Paris has wins over Bracken, Augusta, Bourbon, Montgomery, and Nicholas in the region.
7. Montgomery County

The Indians took two losses to 10th Region opponents this week. They had trouble putting the ball in the basket, only scoring 43 and 38 in their two games.
8. Scott

Scott took two losses on the road in the 40th District, losing to GRC and then Bourbon County in overtime. They did beat Augusta at home behind Dylan Giffen’s 24 points.

Augusta’s lost to cross county rival Bracken County on Monday and Scott on Wednesday. They beat Calvary Christian on Friday where Kylan Hinson led with 23 points.

A solid week for the Colonels knocking off two 37th District teams. Miles Ezell had 21 in the OT win vs. Scott. They also fell in a another barn vs. district rival Paris.
